Imagine Virtual Assistant Service operates on a pay as you go basis at a base rate of $30 per hour.  

 

There is no minimum time requirement.  If a RUSH service is requested by the client, Imagine Virtual Assistant Service will charge $12.50 per hour additional, for a total hourly rate of $37.50.  This rush rate applies to projects requiring work to be completed outside of normal business hours.  

 

Clients will be asked to sign a service agreement and Imagine Virtual Assistant Service will provide a statement of work after review of the project and prior to billing any hours.   Free estimates are available upon request.

 

A detailed invoice will be sent out immediately upon completion of the work. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

 

Imagine Virtual Assistant Service accepts cash, check, money order and paypal at this time.  Payments terms may change if agreed upon by both Imagine Virtual Assistant Service and the Client prior to beginning work.

 

Special requests for extended contracts or per item project rates may be made during contract negotiations.   Base rate of $25 does not cover additional expenses such as postage or printing.  Any necessary fees will be discussed at the beginning of the job or at the earliest knowledge of necessity.

Imagine Virtual Assistant Service welcomes your referrals. Any client whose referral results in a signed contract will receive 10% off their next invoice.
